'Salman Khan' will be appearing in a local court in Jodhpur on 29th Jan in an Arms Act case.
After hearing and examining prosecution witnesses on Wednesday, the court has now asked the actor to appear and give his statement.
Salman's counsel, Hastimal Saraswat said, "Salman has been asked to appear personally before the court on 29th January."
During the shooting of Hindi film "Hum Saath Saath Hain", allegedly two blackbucks, were killed on the outskirts of Kankani village near Jodhpur. With Salman even few other actors were accused of killing blackbucks.
The actor was also accused of carrying illegal arms. At that time a complaint was filed against Salman on charges of being involved in hunting of protected blackbucks.
