"Bigg Boss season 7" is full of surprises. After the arrest of Armaan, he is back in the house and now Kushal has been eliminated from the house through mid-week eliminations.

According to the sources, Bigg Boss season 7’s grand finale is coming closer so as part of mid-week evictions, Kushal Tandon was eliminated from the show today (18 December 2013).

It is learnt that Bigg Boss called Gauhar Khan and Kushal Tandon and informed them that out of the two, it was Kushal who had got less number of votes and told him to leave the house.

Now, let us see what new twist Bigg Boss will get in further episodes.

The Star Shahid Kapoor is riding high with the success of his current movie "R… Rajkumar" and after delivering a masala hit movie, he has been approached by all the award functions this year to perform.

It is year ending and it is time to felicitate performers of the year. The award season is coming close and Shahid Kapoor is in high demand.

The stars Hrithik Roshan and Kareena Kapoor Khan will re-unite on screen after 12 years in Karan Johar’s film "Shuddhi". This had created a lot of curiosity in the audience but now there are rumours around that KJo is in talks with Deepika Padukone for the same movie. 

There is a buzz around that after the box-office debacle of "Gori Tere Pyaar Mein", The moviemaker wants to opt for an actress, who is currently successful.

This is not the first time when Deepika will replace Kareena, before also for "Goliyon Ki Rasleela Ram Leela", Miss. Padukone had replaced Bebo. 

A source close to the project has confirmed that Deepika has been contacted by KJo.

"It's true, she has been approached. However, she still needs to read the script and take a decision," said the source. 

Now, let’s wait and watch that will Deepika be once again successful in replacing Bebo?

SRK can safely be called the Global Ambassador of Indian cinema world over because of the films he has done and the love he has got not just from the Indian diaspora but also global audience. SRK was awarded The Global Indian Legend award by the President of India, Pranab Mukherjee at the Rashtrapati Bhavan as part of the 25th anniversary celebration of NDTV. 

Others awarded during the ceremony were Amartya Sen, Amitabh Bachchan, Anish Kapoor, AR Rahman, CNR Rao, Ela Bhatt, Fali Nariman, Pandit Hari Prasad Chaurasia, Indra Nooyi, Kapil Dev, Leander Paes, MS Swaminathan, Mukesh Ambani, NR Narayana Murthy, Rajinikanth, Ratan Tata, Sachin Tendulkar, SS Badrinath, SH Raza, Venkatraman Ramakrishnan, Vikram Seth, Waheeda Rehman, YK Hamied and Zubin Mehta. 

Shahrukh was given the title of "unstoppable living legend" by NDTV during the ceremony. In his acceptance speech, He said, "Never forget to be thankful to almighty, your parents, your family, your friends, the people you work with, the people who work with you and everyone who has been a part of your journey because on your own you are not unique. You are rather alone! So gratitude should be an attitude. Also never try to be anyone else because it takes away the two greatest gifts from you - the ability to fail and the ability to accept 'I don't know'. And lastly, don't forget to pray."

'Comedy Nights With Kapil', one of India's most-watched funny television shows, serves as a platform for Bollywood celebrities to promote their films.

There are so many celebrity guests who invited to the show are Shah Rukh Khan, Hrithik Roshan, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Priyanka Chopra, Deepika Padukone and a few others.

But this time, the has show made an exception with "Jackpot" actress Sunny Leone. According to reports, show host Kapil Sharma is not willing to share this comedy stage with the porn star-turned-actress Sunny Leone because of her past.

"Indian Idol 2" winner Sandeep Acharya breathed his last on Sunday, at the Medanta Hospital in Gurgaon due to jaundice. His cousin Akshay Acharya confirmed the news, saying "Yes, Sandeep passed away at the Medanta Hospital today. He was suffering from jaundice. We brought him here on Dec 10".  

"Before that he was admitted to a hospital in Bikaner (Rajasthan). He was there for three days after which we brought him to Delhi," he added.

Sandeep won "Indian Idol" in 2006. He released his first album ‘Mere Saath Saara Jahaan’ soon after winning the show.

"He was supposed to release his new album 'O Sanam Tere Bina' mid-December," said Akshay.

Choreographer-filmmaker Farah Khan, music composer Anu Malik and Sonu Nigam, who judged the second season of the singing competition took to twitter to express their grief and shock over the sudden demise of the sensational singing and well-behaved Sandeep.

Farah Khan tweeted: "It's too sad to hear of Sandeep Acharya, winner of "Indian Idol 2' and my favourite, passing away. Such a gentle boy he was. Not his time to go."

Sonu also felt sad after reading about Sandeep's demise. "Jaundice? Gosh..very sad. The boy was just 29...This year, oh god, is only about deaths I feel. God give his parents some strength," read Sonu's tweet.

Anchor-actress Mini Mathur, who hosted "Indian Idol 2" too shocked with the news. She tweeted: "What a sad, premature goodbye to a talented, ambitious, happy boy. RIP Sandeep Acharya."

Even Sony Entertainment Television expressed their sorrow over the passing away of Sandeep untimely.

"A big loss for all of us with the shocking demise of 'Indian Idol 2' winner Sandeep Acharya. May his soul rest in peace and may God give strength to his family in this extremely difficult time," the channel posted on their Facebook page.

Singer Shreya Ghoshal wished the news to be untrue.

"Just heard about 'Indian Idol' Sandeep Acharya...Shocked. Too young, and a wonderful guy...I still hope this news is untrue," Shreya tweeted.

His body will be brought to his hometown Bikaner where the last rites will be performed.

Bigg Boss 7 - Kamya Punjabi hints at Gauahar and Kushal’s wedding

TV actress Kamya Punjabi, who got eliminated from famous reality show "Bigg Boss" on Saturday, has shared some intresting points about the hottest couple in the house, Gauhar and Kushal.

In an interview to an entertainment website, Kamya was asked about the couples residing in the glass walled house. SO she answered that Gauhar and Kushal are madly in love, but she is unsure whether their relationship will last beyond the four walls of the house. KamyaPunjabi further expressed a keen desire to attend their wedding!!!

Wow !!!

Now, that was an interesting bit. So does that mean a wedding is on the cards after the show gets over ?? But, looking at the fate of Sara Khan – Ali Merchant and Ashmit Patel – Veena Malik, we wonder whether Gauahar and Kushal will really hold on to each other in future. Let’s wait and watch!!!
